Is the knuckle panel certified protection?
No, and this matters. The moulded panel is a styling and abrasion feature. These gloves are not certified protective equipment: they carry no CE mark and no EN 13594 certification, which is the European standard for motorcyclists' protective gloves. If you want certified hand protection, buy gloves that carry that mark.
What size should I order?
Measure around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles and excluding the thumb. M fits a 20–21 cm palm, L fits 22–23 cm, XL fits 24–25 cm and XXL fits 26–27 cm.
These are the manufacturer's own measurements for this glove, not a general standard, so ignore what size you take in other brands and go by the tape. If you are between two sizes, or you plan to wear a liner underneath, take the larger one.
Are they touchscreen compatible?
No. There is no conductive thread in the fingertips, so you will need to take a glove off to use your phone.
Are they waterproof?
No. The mesh is built to let air through, which means it lets water through too. These are dry-weather gloves.
