How the reflective print works: it is retroreflective, not glow-in-the-dark. It returns light back towards its source, so in daylight or ordinary room lighting it reads as a flat print. Point headlights, a torch or a camera flash at it and it lights up.

Not protective gear. This is casual apparel. The reflective print improves how visible you are, but it provides no impact or abrasion protection and is not certified high-visibility safety equipment. Always wear proper protective riding gear.

How does this hoodie fit?

Relaxed streetwear fit, slightly oversized, unisex. Choose your usual size for a standard look, or size up to wear over gear.

Is the back graphic reflective?

Yes. The back, hood and sleeve print is reflective — both the red and the white — while the 444 mark on the chest is a standard print.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash cold and hang dry. Wash inside out to protect the print. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over the logo.

When will my order ship?

We process your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–14 business days in the US and 7–18 business days internationally, counted from dispatch.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Tracking can take a few business days to show its first scan.

For international orders, any import duties or VAT are charged separately by your country's customs — they aren't included in the price you pay us.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes, but please read this before you buy. We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns — that includes ordering the wrong size — so check the size guide first and measure a hoodie you already own to compare.

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an uninterrupted video that starts with the sealed package and runs through the full unboxing. The video is required — without it we can't tell whether the problem happened in transit, at our facility, or after delivery. Where the claim is approved we cover the return shipping and you choose a replacement or a full refund.

We don't swap items directly: return the original, then place a new order. Returns must be authorised before you send anything back — email support@nightgridracing.com and we'll send the return address once approved.

Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, regardless of the above. Full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.
